Case investigation agents

Case investigation agents are background agents that analyze a case.

Perpetual launches case investigation agents for eligible new cases or when you request case analysis. The agents investigate each analysis block and extract entities. They can add analysis blocks when an investigation calls for more work. After the analysis finishes, supporting agents add suggested response actions, update the case title and other case fields, and write the case summary. Perpetual links every agent chat to the case.
